09/19/14 BLESSED BEYOND WORDS

Did I mention, "the greatest children in the universe." Of course I am prejudiced, but that does not mean I am wrong. Hehe.

Ok, I am blessed beyond words.

And God help me to show them that I love them, and more importantly, show them that God loves them and that they can love Him with all of their heart, mind, soul and strength, and love their neighbor as themselves.

Show them how good and how pleasant it is for families and churches to dwell together in unity.

Show them the joy of denying self, taking up the cross and following Jesus.

Show them how to think more highly of others, how to seek the well being of others, before themselves.

To show them the victory that comes with the anointing of the Holy Spirit, as He enlightens, enables, empowers, when He indwells, fills, purifies, overflows our lives.

God help them to understand that they can overcome sin, Satan and self by Your grace; that they can be more than conquerors through Christ; that they can keep Your commandments and do that which is pleasing in Your sight.

And dear God, help them to love peace and purity, and stand firm against the attacks of Satan and temptations of the world, and help them to never deny You, in word or deed.
