Even when people have spent their years, their energy, their talents, their relationships, their wealth in sin, darkness, selfishness, they may be able to call on God and have their soul saved. But be forewarned, after a life of sin, the probability in a deathbed conversion is very unlikely.
Even Better Good News
When people give their lives to Jesus at an early age and then follow Christ faithfully, they spend their lives in the fellowship of God and the service of God, then they spends eternity with God.
The wealth that comes from a life of faith is indescribable. The emptiness that comes from a life of resistance to God is unbearable. God not only wants to save our souls, He wants to save our lives.
Galatians 6:7-10
(7) Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
(8) For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
(9) And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
(10) As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
STOP and think about how much time you have lost. You can't really think of how much time you can salvage, since you don't know how much longer you have. But whatever it is, REDEEM THE TIME. Remember, time is just a way of keeping track, because more than time has been lost. Opportunities, relationships, responsibilities, have all suffered. A life wasted needs to be a life redeemed.
If you have squandered your early years, your teen years, you can start now, in your twenties.
If you wasted your twenties, you can now start serving Him in your thirties.
If you have already lost the first thirty years of your life, do not delay, surrender to Him in your forties.
No matter how you look at it, if you have thrown forty some years away on the pursuit of the useless, now is the time turn to Him in your fifties.
Not much time left, no matter how you look at it; fifty plus years shot. Believe on Christ and follow Him, though you are already in your sixties.
Very few people who spend the first sixty plus years of their lives in sin will finally trust Christ in their seventies. Please, make the right choice, finally.
OK, you get my point. Now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation.
